It’s raining today. I can smell the spring and how rain makes everything grow.
Rain makes me wonder why water is so important to people.
There is about 50 to 70% water in our bodies. If your water level is less, you are near to dry out. Your cells need water for renewing and for other functions. Water also helps to transform nutrients, oxygen and carbon dioxide in your body.
People also needs water to make food. Plants need water to grow, animals need water to grow. There is no food, if there is no water. It’s a natural helix what makes water so important for all lifeforms.
Have you ever been grateful for rain?
I hope that after you have read this, you will just stop and listen to the beautiful sound of water.
